Meeting 1
Our first week we will take a big picture look at the program, so that we all know where we are headed together. We will then deep dive into the first phase - our January Food Cleanse. We will have plenty of time for Q&A - so come ready to ask questions!

An overview of our 12 week journey together
The ‘why’ behind the components of the program
A look at our January Food Cleanse parameters
Some tactics to support a month long cleanse
Recipe ideas for simple meals
Brainstorm on how to modify favorite meals or dishes to be within the January Cleanse parameters
Setting goals and expectations - How do we measure success?

This week’s practice:
Spend 5 minutes each day dreaming about where you want to go with your health journey. Set a regular time, like at the end of the night, just before or as you get into bed, if that creates consistency in the practice. Your dream may included an activity you want to be able to do, a way you want to feel or look, or food you want to enjoy (or know how to prepare) with full joy, ease and digestive wellness, amongst many other possible dreams. Dream big!
