Meeting 4
Our fourth week we will walk through the Digestive system. This week our theme question is - Is my digestion helping optimize my health? (if not, what would it take to get it there?)
Please come with questions or reflections on your experience so far. Only a week and a half left of our ‘cleanse’ portion of the program, then onto the next phase.

How do i know if my digestion is optimized?

This week’s practice:
Each morning upon waking up, take 3 deep breaths before getting out of bed. Don’t force them, just follow the natural rhythm while gently slowing down the exhalation. Do the same practice at night upon getting into bed. Any other time during the day that feels helpful, add the ‘3 breaths’ into your routine.
