Meeting 5
Our fifth week we will discuss our next steps together, including our foray into Intermittent Fasting, some talk about Fasting in general, and looking at how we design a long term approach to eating and nutrition. This week our theme question is - what do i want my long term diet to look like? Some sub-questions may be -
what smaller steps might be part of the journey?
what are my priorities to tackle first?
what do the more extreme ends of the spectrum look like?
how can i ride the waves through the different phases like a pro?
As we prepare to move out of our January cleanse phase this week, please bring any questions, reflections or feedback you would like to share.
This week we will cover:
What did we aim for in our January cleanse - and what was the experience?
How will this experience inform my eating ongoing?
What will the transition back to a non-cleanse diet look like for me?
What other cleanses, eliminations, or additions are in my future?
What is Intermittent Fasting?
What is Fasting (water, dry, extended)?
What are the benefits of Fasting?
This week’s journal questions:

This week’s practice:
Every day take time to appreciate 3 things about yourself. Create a routine of when to do this - perhaps before going to sleep, or first thing in the morning. The ‘things’ can be small and simple. They can be the same things everyday. Simply say (or write), “I appreciate xxx”.
